ADAMI & Pitch the DOC

Application Period Open for Documentary Pitching Workshop in Kyiv, July 2021

The ADAMI Media Prize for Cultural Diversity in Eastern Europe is cooperating with the Polish documentary platform Pitch the Doc and Film.UA in Ukraine to conduct a four-day seminar for filmmakers on how to present a documentary film project, how to structure the film proposal, pitching package or project presentation, and how to efficiently pitch it to the international decision makers.

Participants will be coached by international experts, producers and executives of European film festivals. Filmmakers from Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine are invited to apply for the workshop by submitting their documentary film projects on cultural diversity, ethnic/religious minorities or migration, at any production stage (only with available video material).

The workshop will include a maximum of 12 projects, with two participants per winning project (director and producer) selected to attend. The workshop participants' projects will be included into the Pitch the Doc online platform, representing an efficient tool to promote the work among international decision-makers.
